Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Experience with outpatient clinic workflows and documentation preferred.
- Client will accept PTAs, new graduates, and first-time travelers.
- Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Prior experience in outpatient settings and treating orthopedic patient populations.

- Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
- 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- OT hours must be approved by the director before worked.
