Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility interventions preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical records in a post-acute or skilled nursing environment.
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
