This role emphasizes thorough documentation, timely charting, and efficient delivery of high-quality home-based physical therapy services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Home health experience required.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
- Ability to complete documentation within 24 hours is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Efficient documentation practices and experience meeting productivity expectations in home health settings.
- Experience performing PT evaluations, reassessments, SOC visits, and treatment visits in patient homes.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Weekly hours: flexible; open to 32-40 hours per week.
- On-call or weekend requirement: No.
- Mileage reimbursement provided between visits, from first patient to last patient.
- Coverage area includes Phillips County and Helena/West Helena area. Candidates should be prepared to travel within the coverage area.
