Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings post clinicals
Assignment Details
- Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9 4, or 4x10s
- Working hours listed as 0800-1700
- Workdays are Monday through Friday
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00pm
- EMR: Raintree
- All new travelers must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment
