Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of current experience within the last 3 years in a hospital outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated pelvic health experience. Must be fully independent in pelvic health clinical care without mentorship.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts, Friday 4-hour shift. Shifts and start times are somewhat flexible.
