Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
- BLS certification from AHA required

- Outpatient setting
- Hours: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: No
- On Call Requirement: No
- Blocked scheduling accommodated: No
- Dress Code: Khaki Pants and White Polo
