Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma state license is required to start the position.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
- Flexible scheduling ability to meet clinic and patient needs.
