Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
- Experience managing an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day preferred.
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with support staff and direct access to referring physicians.
