Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio State Physical Therapy license is required to start the position.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient adult physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to work scheduled shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM weekdays, with holiday and weekend rotation.
