Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida State PT license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in outpatient practice preferred.
