Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Availability for daytime M–F schedule with weekend rotation.
- Willingness to participate in facility-specific orientation and compliance training, including any required background checks.
