Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin state license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Experience evaluating and treating adults with musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative care, and functional mobility deficits preferred.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and document per clinical and regulatory standards.
- Professional communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
