Physical Therapist - Full Time (449220)

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Bluefield, VA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Willingness to work a Days schedule. Typical shift pattern: Monday–Friday, flexible.
• Ability to manage an outpatient caseload. Full-time clinicians typically treat approximately 10–12 patient visits per day and 50–55 visits per week. Additional visits possible for performance incentives.
• Candidates must agree to a two-year contractual commitment in the offer letter or repay a pro-rated placement fee.
