Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida PT license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or comfort working in an outpatient orthopedics setting preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload of roughly 14 patients per day, with evaluations typically 1:1 (60 minutes) and follow-ups often 2:1.
- Willingness to work flexible weekday day shifts (typical hours ~8:00/8:30 AM–5:00/5:30 PM; earliest start 7:00 AM; latest end 6:30 PM) and share coverage with other therapists.
- Open to candidates with and without experience. Strong emphasis on interpersonal skills: likeable, engaging, and able to build patient trust.
- Candidates with skills in spine care, scoliosis, massage, Pilates, or pelvic floor are preferred.
- $1,000 continuing education stipend.
- Employer covers 50% of health insurance premium.

- Shift: Days. M–F day schedule. No weekends. Flexibility on hours.
- Caseload: Approximately 14 patients per day, up to 16.
- Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics. Common conditions include low back, knee, shoulder, and some post-operative cases. Minimal neuro cases.
- Support: PTA always available. Ramp-up period provided for new hires.
- Growth: Opportunity to expand involvement in cash-based services.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
