Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred. Hospital or SNF experience also preferred.
- Availability for Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour days with flexibility for 4x10s), one weekend per month, and coverage of one holiday per year.
- PTO accrual that increases with tenure.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

- Six major holidays plus four floating holidays (one per quarter). Employees are required to work one holiday per year.
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile.

Salary : $104,000 - $112,320
