Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
- Experience or interest in pelvic health services preferred.
- Availability to work the posted schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Position is part-time. Off Mondays and weekends.
