Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or willingness to treat orthopedic outpatient caseload. Caseload is 1:1, 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, no double-booking.
- Comfort working with or supervising PTA and aide support.
- Proficiency or willingness to use WebPT electronic medical record and AI documentation support.
- Open to new graduates and relocating candidates.
- Employer-paid or employer-supported certification funding for pelvic floor and lymphedema specialty training when applicable.
- Supportive staffing model including PTA and aide assistance.
- AI documentation support integrated with EMR.
- Primary Specialty: Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedics.
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic with orthopedic, TMJ, and vestibular services.
- Shift: Days. Mon–Fri within 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Flexible 5x8 or 4x10 schedules.
- Caseload: 1:1 patient care. 60-minute evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups. No double booking.
- This recruitment is for multiple openings including outpatient ortho PTs and additional specialty roles in the region.
