Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current Oklahoma OTR or LOTR required.
- BLS from AHA only.
- 1 years of experience.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0900-1700.
- Call requirements: As required by facility.
- Float requirements: As required by facility.
- EMR: EPIC.
