Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in SNF and acute settings required
Assignment Details
- Patient setting includes 70% SNF and 30% acute
