Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in home health settings in Wallingford, CT.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Connecticut state OT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience is required. Experience providing in-home evaluations, home safety assessments, and ADL/IADL training preferred.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree as specified by the client.
- Ability to provide services across multiple coverage areas within the region as needed.
- Professional certification required as noted by the client. Candidates must maintain required professional credentials and documentation.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Home Health.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Weekly hour guarantee: 32 hours per week.
- On call/weekend requirement: No.
- Mileage reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient.
- Coverage areas include multiple towns surrounding Milford, CT and Waterbury, CT; candidate must be able to travel within assigned coverage region.
