Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a home health setting in Pendleton, IN.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Indiana OT license required to start the assignment.
- Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement).
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR preferred. (Preferred)
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

- Territory: Primary travel area includes Grant, Blackford, and Delaware counties; Madison and Henry counties as overflow.
