Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, NH.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Experience providing evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation for geriatric populations preferred.
- Familiarity with common assistive devices, ADL/IADL training, and therapeutic modalities preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 35.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
