Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
- 130 bed skilled nursing facility.
- Work alongside 3 COTAs and 1 other OT.
- Documentation systems include NetHealth and PCC.
