Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree
- Active state license required to start
- For schools, valid state special education certificate may be required
- Experience in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting is preferred
- Previous leadership experience in rehabilitation services is required
