Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree
- Active state license required to start
- Experience in a hospital-based inpatient/outpatient setting
- Must be a Physical Therapist
