Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Michigan license in the appropriate discipline required prior to first day.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
- Prior supervisory or director-level experience overseeing therapy staff preferred.
- Experience developing therapy programs, conducting staff training, and managing clinical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with rehab operations, staffing models, and regulatory compliance in skilled nursing facilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and therapy billing/documentation processes.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Shift cadence: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
