Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active New Jersey COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with 5x8 day schedules and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
