Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential required
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care required
