Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active State COTA license (Ohio) required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or willingness to work in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services preferred.
