What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computed Tomography Technologist – Full Time position at Jackson Therapy Partners?
We’re seeking an experienced CT Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client in Glendive, MT, where you will be responsible for accurately interpreting a physician’s scanning instructions, skillfully administering contrast materials, and expertly operating CT scan equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year experience preferred as a CT Technologist.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and state Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) registration in Montana.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to learn and perform quality control studies, operate CT equipment, and use computer systems for recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and current CT/x-ray techniques.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and staff.
- Willingness and ability to work stand-by and call-back duty and respond to a call within 20 minutes.
- Availability to work evening shift with rotating weekends and holidays, including potential shift patterns such as 4x10 schedules.
