What are the responsibilities and job description for the $10K Bonus – Registered Respiratory Therapist Full Time position at Jackson Therapy Partners?
Jackson HealthPros is hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a permanent position with a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- BLS certification.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
- Experience in ICU ventilator management and post-operative ventilator care preferred.
- Experience with PB 980 ventilators preferred.
- Comfortable and confident working in an ICU environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development, including bedside bronchoscopy and intubation training as offered by the facility.
- Open to relocation candidates!
Schedule & Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts.
- Day rotation: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 36-hour weekly guarantee.
- Flexible scheduling may allow for preference toward nights, though rotation is expected when needed.
Preferred Clinical Skills:
- Strong ventilator management skills.
- Experience or willingness to train in intubation, arterial line placement, and bedside bronchoscopy.
- Ability to function intentionally, reliably, and as a team-oriented clinician.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Compensation varies by experience.
- Sign-on bonus currently listed at $10,000
