Jackson State Community College (NJCAA Division I) is seeking an assistant baseball coach with a strong hitting background. This coach will oversee offensive player development while assisting in all aspects of the baseball program.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead hitter development and offensive philosophy.
- Throw BP and hit fungoes.
- Assist with recruiting, practice planning, and game preparation.
- Help with player development, camps, travel, and daily program operations.
We’re looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes, values accountability, and wants to help build a championship-caliber program.
