You’re a Great Fit:
- EIT certification (Engineer-in-Training)
- B.S. degree in C.E. from an accredited institution having completed structural engineering coursework
- Passion for structural engineering and a drive to learn and grow
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Your Project Canvas
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll work independently and collaboratively under the mentorship of licensed engineers. You will design and develop construction plans and schematics using CAD software, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Your projects will include:
- Custom and semi-custom homes, home additions and remodels
- Multi-family complexes, commercial buildings (new construction & tenant improvements)
- Garages, sheds, shade structures, and outbuildings
- Bridges, retaining walls, and more
