The Jackson Rockabillys are a summer a Prospect League summer collegiate baseball team located in Jackson, TN. We are entering our fourth season in the Prospect League and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our intern team for the 2026 season. We are excited to welcome a new class of interns to work with us!
Intern would need to report in early to mid-May with a finish date following the Prospect League Season. Regular Season home games will be over by the end July, however potential playoffs and special events may be held in early to mid- August. The starting date is flexible depending on the applicant’s school schedule.
This is an unpaid internship with an end of season $600.00 stipend for completion of the seasonal internships. Applicants should pursue college credit from their college or university. Must be able to commute or seek your own housing.

Jackson Rockabillys – The Jukebox (Official Team Merchandise Store)
Position Overview
The Retail Management & Merchandising Intern will gain hands-on experience in retail operations, inventory management, promotions, and fan engagement within a summer collegiate sports environment. This internship offers direct involvement on game days and behind-the-scenes exposure to merchandise strategy and in-venue marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work all Jackson Rockabillys game days at The Jukebox, the official team merchandise gift shop
- Assist with daily retail operations, including customer service and merchandising displays
- Complete weekly inventory logs for merchandise in-store and backstock areas
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with restocking and organization
- Develop and execute a social media campaign promoting the “Item of the Game”
- Create content for the video board advertisement highlighting the Item of the Game during home games
- Manage and execute all Lucky Number nightly promotions, including coordination and fan engagement
- Collaborate with the retail and marketing team to enhance the overall fan shopping experience
Qualifications
- Interest in retail management, merchandising, marketing, or sports management
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable interacting with fans and working in a fast-paced, game-day environment
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game days as required
