Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Assesses patients' conditions and nursing care needs.
• Sets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
• Develops individual nursing care plans and implements revisions as needed.
• Evaluates patient care outcomes and collaborates with physicians and other hospital employees.
• Administers medications, treatments, and therapies, and communicates effectively with patients and families.

Requirements:

• Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse licensed to work in the State of Kentucky or provisional license with expectation of RN license within 6 months.

Salary : $104,315 - $117,634
