Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and skills.
- Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and engagement during classroom activities.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or English language learners.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom resources.
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as lunch and recess, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
