What are the responsibilities and job description for the Propane Technician / Installer position at Jackson Propane Plus?
Qualified Candidates Must:
✳️ Have Class B CDL & 3 Years Verifiable Driving Experiences
✳️Be at Least 25 Years Old
✳️Have Clean Driving Record with No Violations, Tickets, or Accidents Within the Last 3 Years
✳️Be Able to Obtain Hazmat Endorsement Within 90 Days of Employment
✳️Live Within 30 Miles of London, KY
Duties will include:
- Installing propane tanks and propane appliances
- Follow established policies, procedures and standards
- Maintain documentation of worked preformed, complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets and mileage
- Maintains vehicles and tools for cleanliness and proper operations
- Maintain and demonstrate good teamwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel to designated customer sites and perform professional qualified field service repairs
Skills Required:
- Be highly motivated, self-starter and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Able to pass mandatory drug testing
- Class B CDL
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Propane experience a plus, but not required
- Must live within 30 miles of London
