Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will performs a variety of patient care activities and assists the provider and nursing staff to maintain the highest standard practice of care. They are responsible for restocking of supplies in the work area and maintaining a safe working environment.
Duties
- Verify patient information by interviewing patients, recording medical histories, and confirming the purpose of the visit.
- Prepare patients for examinations by performing preliminary physical tests, including taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature, and reporting a summary of the patient’s medical history.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Skilled in taking vital signs
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients and medical staff
- Ability to communicate clearly, as well as understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Basic computer skills-required
- Must possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
