Hospitalist Medical Director – Thomas Memorial Hospital
Charleston, West Virginia
In partnership with the West Virginia University Health System, we are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to lead the hospital medicine program at Thomas Memorial Hospital, located in Charleston, West Virginia.
Thomas Memorial is a 383-bed facility with approximately 22,000 annual ED visits. The hospital team includes 450 providers across two hospitals and more than 30 affiliated locations. As part of the WVU Health System, patients have seamless access to a broad network of specialists and sub-specialists across the region.
Ideal Medical Director Candidates Will Have:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- West Virginia medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain both)
- 5–7 years of Hospital Medicine experience, including at least 3 years of leadership
- Willingness to relocate to the Charleston, WV area
