Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Colorado Pharmacist License
• BLS (AHA)
• Experience with sterile compounding and hospital pharmacy operations

Assignment Details:

• Variable 10-hour shifts between 0600 and 2200
• Every other weekend required
• On-call required one night per week
• Coverage across all hospital service areas including ER, ICU, inpatient, imaging, cath, and hospice
