Minimum Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
• Experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems required.
• Medication reconciliation experience for discharge medication lists required.
• Clinical knowledge in antimicrobial stewardship, including interpretation of culture results and recommendations for common infections (UTI, pneumonia, SSTI) preferred.
• Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing management and anticoagulation dosing/monitoring preferred.
• Familiarity with controlled substance management, inventory processes, and regulatory compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws required.
• Ability to prepare, sterilize, label, and verify parenteral and sterile products per policy required.
• Effective communication skills for gathering prior-to-admission home medication lists and conducting discharge counseling required.
• Experience participating in pharmacy quality assurance, medication use reviews, and P&T committee activities preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or training pharmacy staff and supporting accreditation standards preferred.
