Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

If hired, we will assist you through the process of obtaining your property and casualty license.
Sales experience is not required for this position but it is preferred. If you do not have prior sales experience you will start as a sales development representative(sdr) for 1-2 months then you will transition into an account Executive. ( I will explain what an sdr is in the interview)

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the drive to succeed, implement our training, and be coachable.
- Generate quotes using the leads provided and self-generate your own.
- Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.
- Maintain strong operational processes when writing business.
