We specialize in a variety of construction services, including egress window installations, foundation repair, concrete cutting, concrete flatwork, and equipment transport. No two days are exactly alike, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, work with your hands, operate equipment, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing quality work.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with egress window installations and foundation repair.
- Perform concrete cutting, concrete flatwork, and related construction tasks.
- Help load, secure, and transport equipment and materials.
- Safely use tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Work alongside a small crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Be willing to learn, take direction, and help wherever needed to get the job done.

Pay, Schedule & Opportunities
We believe good employees deserve competitive pay and recognition for their skills, effort, and performance.
- Starting Salary: $50,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and abilities.
- Year-Round, Salaried Position: Enjoy consistent employment throughout the year.
- Typical Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m.–around noon.
- Schedule Flexibility: Because construction projects can vary, occasional longer days may be necessary to complete a job properly, keep projects on schedule, or meet customer commitments. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of seeing a job through and is willing to step up when needed.
- Performance-Based End-of-Year Bonuses: Earn additional compensation based on individual performance, dependability, work ethic, and overall contribution to the team. Employees who go above and beyond, support their teammates, maintain an efficient workflow, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality will be rewarded for their efforts.
- Higher Starting Pay for Experience: Candidates with relevant construction experience and proven skills may qualify for higher starting pay.
- Class A CDL Opportunity: Higher pay is available for individuals who already hold a Class A CDL. Motivated individuals who have the ability and interest to obtain their CDL have an opportunity to develop their skills and increase their earning potential.
