Counter Sales Representative

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. ```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment

-Do take offs from plans and work directly with customers to meet required deadlines

-Stock/re-stock products to store shelves daily.

-Maintain appropriate conformance with company safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

Perform other related duties as may be required by management.
