Jackson Jet Center is seeking highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. Weekends and evenings are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service to pilots, passengers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Handle multi-line phone systems and efficiently manage inquiries.
- Process service requests, reservations, and transactions with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and administrative records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks and reporting.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments for aircraft services.
Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent documentation skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and multi-line phone systems.
- Prior FBO or aviation experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and tactful in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
