Senior Director – NetSuite Solutions
We’re partnering with an established and ambitious NetSuite Solution Provider as they look to appoint a Senior Director to play a key role in their next phase of growth.
This is a broad senior leadership position, suited to an experienced NetSuite or ERP professional who can combine commercial leadership, operational excellence and strong client delivery. The successful candidate will have genuine responsibility for driving the performance and growth of the business, with ownership across profit and loss, sales, delivery and team leadership.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the practice, identifying and converting new commercial opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery. A key part of the role will be building and developing a high-performing team, creating the right operational structure and culture, and ensuring the business delivers against both its financial and customer objectives.
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader with significant NetSuite / ERP experience, a strong understanding of implementation and professional services, and a proven track record across sales and delivery. You’ll need to be comfortable owning a P&L, setting strategy, developing senior client relationships and leading teams through growth and change.
