Digital Product Lead

Digital Product Lead $130-160k - Hybrid 3 days a week.

This is an international scale organization with 50 years history who have received huge investment into their Product Digital department. In this role , you will lead product strategy with a focus on the mobile app.

We are looking for someone who can operate autonomously from a product perspective and has collaborated with design/data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Set clear objectives and key results in partnership with teams and stakeholders.
• Bring together diverse viewpoints to support strong decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor and develop product teams
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer needs, competitive insights, and measurable impact.
• Conversion Rate Optimization

What You Bring

• 5 years driving successful and innovative app products end-to-end.
• Deep experience in writing user stories and requirements
• Strong understanding of Mobile Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy across teams, locations, and time zones.
• Strong mix of technical understanding and business insight.
• Skilled at turning vision into a clear roadmap with minimal direction
