D365 F&O SCM Analyst

Jackson James is thrilled to be assisting a leading Manufacturing organization in their search for a D365 F&O SCM Analyst.

For this role you will need to:

• Strong understanding of D365 F&O Supply Chain modules, with a particular focus on Warehouse Management and Production
• Work closely with supply chain associates ensuring high levels of end users utilization and warehouse functionality
• Monitor and maintain Dynamics 365 production environment to ensure availability to users and other company systems.
• Evaluate and respond to performance logs and alerts, including operating system, Dynamics 365 system and related systems
• Responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution of Dynamics 365 as well as the management and monitoring of system resources and performance.
• Assist in maintenance and upkeep of EDI communications.
• Assist in deployment, configuration, upgrade, enhancement and monitoring aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in production and non-production environments.
