What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN/LPT PM position at Jackson House Treatment?
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care for patients
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct health coaching and education for patients and their families
- Perform coding and documentation of patient encounters
- Provide specialized care in areas such as ophthalmology, infant care, and toddler care
- Assist with airway management and sterile processing as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of {location}
- Experience or training in Botox administration is preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards of care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
