Job Description
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to optimize health information systems
- Support and assist with the implementation, testing, and training of clinical applications and EHR upgrades
- Analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clinical systems
- Act as a super-user or subject matter expert for clinical IT tools

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct nursing experience (required)
- Experience as a clinical IT super-user or subject matter expert (preferred)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare documentation standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical software applications
